Marriage and Relationship Education For Couples

4 alotof US: Uplifting & Strengthening retreat 4 couples—Each retreat consists of Friday evening and Saturday sessions featuring the resources of the Preventative and Relationship Enhancement Program®. The PREP curriculum is appropriate for all devoted couples seeking to improve relationships, and it keeps a stimulating pace throughout the retreat using practice sessions, PowerPoint presentations and video clip illustrations of actual couples processing relationship & communication dynamics together.

Couples begin by sharing a meal together on Friday evening, 5:30pm. The evening “Uplifts” relationships by focusing on 4 keys that enhance healthful interactions and a deepening sense of partnership and ends by 8:30pm. P.R.E.P’s effective assignment on understanding personal expectations is “homework” to be completed prior to gathering again at 9:30am Saturday morning.

Saturday is designed for “Strengthening” intimate relationships by practicing skills learned the night before as well as learning a practical problem solving pattern and a communication technique that is respectful and effective regarding sharing both concerns and appreciation together. Many major concepts (and misconceptions) about spousal friendship, sensuality, forgiveness and commitment are reviewed and discussed together.

Childcare services are made available by certified caregivers, on-site, by pre-registrations that include a $25 “refundable deposit” secured by check or credit card number.
